Learn how to install and set up Invoices Reader on your system

Before installing Invoices Reader, ensure your system meets the following requirements:

Installation Steps

  1. Download the Installer

    Download the installer file Invoices Reader.exe from our official website.

  2. Run the Installer

    Double-click on the downloaded installer file to start the installation process.

  3. Follow the Installation Wizard

    The installation wizard will guide you through the process:

    • Select your preferred language (Arabic is available)
    • Choose the installation folder
    • Select additional components (optional)
    • Create desktop shortcut (recommended)
    • Click "Install" to begin installation
  4. Wait for Installation to Complete

    The installer will extract and install all necessary files.

  5. Finish Installation

    Click "Finish" to complete the installation process.

First Run Setup

When you run Invoices Reader for the first time, you'll need to configure some initial settings:

1. Launch the Application

You can launch Invoices Reader by:

  • Double-clicking the desktop shortcut
  • Or from the Start menu > Invoices Reader

2. Initial Configuration

On first launch, you'll be prompted to:

  • Select your preferred language
  • Choose between light or dark theme
  • Set the default folder for saving data

3. Recommended Initial Settings

We recommend configuring these basic settings:

Troubleshooting

Windows Defender Warning

If Windows Defender displays a warning message:

  1. Click on "More info"
  2. Then click "Run anyway"

This happens because our installer is not yet digitally signed with a certificate recognized by Microsoft.

Installation Fails

If installation fails, try the following:

  • Run the installer as administrator
  • Temporarily disable antivirus software
  • Ensure you have sufficient disk space

Application Won't Start

If the application doesn't start after installation:

  • Check that your system meets the minimum requirements
  • Try running as administrator
  • Reinstall the application
